Health
Syntax:
health [person]
The health command lists all of your limbs and gives you a description
on how damaged it is. To get a more thorough description on the damage
of a particular limb, look directly at it. (Ex: look at my left arm)
You can also look at how damaged another person is by typing
'health [person]'.

Phealth
Syntax:
phealth [person]
phealth key
PHealth, for Picture Health!
PHealth command uses colors to display a nice little ascii picture of
you, covering all your limbs and using the right color for the damage
you've taken so far on it.
PHealth "currently" has only been implemented for open player races,
(human, mysrra, braman, aquaepura and goblin). Some other
races may look fine (like bears), but many races will not work because
they are not humanoid shaped and Sousily simply can't draw a decent
dog properly in ascii.
It is also slightly less spammy than the health command, but will not
always show a creature's limbs properly.
'PHealth key' will show you a color code reflecting the grades of damage.
Tip: If one of your limbs is red and flashing, you should start running.
Example:
v
/O\
